Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 16, 2026

IMPORTANT: ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Please read these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking or paying for any service. By booking, paying for, or attending any BlissPoint service, you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) and BlissPoint Life & Business Coaching (“BlissPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of our website and your purchase and use of all coaching services, programs, sessions, and materials we provide (together, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms when you do any of the following: check a box or click a button indicating your agreement; sign a Coaching Agreement (on paper or electronically); submit a booking or inquiry form that references these Terms; make any payment to BlissPoint; or attend any session. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization.

2. Electronic Agreement and Records

You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms, including checking a box, clicking “I agree,” typing your name, or completing a payment, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. You consent to receive agreements, invoices, receipts, and notices electronically. We may keep electronic records of your acceptance, including the date, time, IP address, and the version of the Terms you accepted, and may use those records as evidence of your agreement.

3. Description of Services

BlissPoint provides professional life, business, executive, leadership, and performance coaching. The specific services you purchase, including the number, length, and format of sessions, the program term, and the price, are described on your checkout page, invoice, proposal, and/or Coaching Agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed Coaching Agreement controls for that engagement.

Services may be delivered in person, by video call, by phone, or through written communication, as described in your Coaching Agreement. Services are considered delivered when a session takes place, when a session is forfeited or expires under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, or when materials are sent or made available to you.

4. Nature of Coaching: Not Therapy or Professional Advice

Coaching is a partnership designed to help you clarify goals, create strategies, and take action. You acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental-health treatment, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for them. BlissPoint coaches do not diagnose or treat any mental or physical condition. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
  • Coaching is not legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making legal, financial, or tax decisions.
  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results, both during and after the coaching relationship.

5. Your Responsibilities

To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information, including during Discovery & Assessment;
  • Attend sessions on time and prepared;
  • Follow the scheduling and cancellation rules in our Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • Communicate honestly, including telling us promptly if you have concerns about the Services; and
  • Treat your coach and other participants with respect. We may end the Services without refund for abusive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful conduct.

6. Fees, Payment, and Authorization

  • Prices. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars on your checkout page, invoice, or Coaching Agreement. Fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless you choose an approved payment plan.
  • Authorization. By providing a payment method, you authorize BlissPoint and its payment processors to charge that payment method for the full purchase price and, where applicable, each scheduled installment. You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method, or have the holder’s permission to use it.
  • Payment plans. A payment plan spreads the full program price across installments. It is not a cancelable subscription. You remain responsible for every installment even if you stop using the Services. If a payment fails, we may suspend the Services until your account is current, and the balance remains due.
  • Recurring memberships. If we offer a recurring membership that renews automatically, the renewal terms, price, and how to cancel will be shown clearly before purchase. You may cancel future renewals at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already charged are non-refundable.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect services you have already purchased.

7. Refunds: All Sales Final

All fees paid to BlissPoint are non-refundable. This includes deposits, single sessions, packages, programs, group programs, materials, and all payment-plan installments, whether or not you use all of the Services you purchased. Full details, including rescheduling rules, missed sessions, session expiration, and the limited situation in which BlissPoint itself cancels a session, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, you agree to contact us first at blisspoint.a@gmail.com and to give us at least ten (10) business days to resolve it before contacting your bank or card issuer. You agree not to dispute or charge back any payment made in accordance with these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and your Coaching Agreement.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, you authorize us to share with your card issuer and payment processor the information needed to respond. This may include your Coaching Agreement, records of your acceptance of these Terms, invoices, session and attendance records, communications, and delivered materials. Services will be suspended while a dispute is open. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to pay any amounts found to be owed, together with chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees we incur in recovering them. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge you did not authorize, or a charge for Services we failed to provide.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We will provide the Services with professional care and skill. However, we do not promise or guarantee any particular result, including any specific revenue, profit, promotion, business growth, personal outcome, or timeline. Testimonials, statistics (such as goal-completion rates), and client stories on our website describe past experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results. Your results depend on your own efforts, decisions, and circumstances, and on factors outside our control.

10. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential the personal and business information you share with us during coaching. We will not disclose it without your permission, except: (a) where required by law, court order, or subpoena; (b) where we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or others; (c) to the extent reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute or chargeback you initiate, or to enforce these Terms; or (d) to service providers (such as scheduling and payment platforms) who need it to help us deliver the Services and who are bound to protect it. Coaching communications are not protected by legal privilege the way communications with an attorney or licensed therapist may be.

11. Records and Recordings

To provide the Services and document their delivery, we keep business records such as session dates, times, durations, attendance, scheduling and cancellation history, invoices, and communications. Sessions are recorded only with your prior consent. You may not record sessions without our written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, Blueprints, worksheets, templates, recordings, presentations, and other materials we provide are owned by BlissPoint or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, or use them to coach others without our written permission. This license ends if you breach these Terms.

13. Testimonials and Feedback

We will not publish your name, likeness, or testimonial without your permission. If you give us a testimonial and permission to use it, you allow us to use it in our marketing, and we may edit it for length and clarity without changing its meaning.

14. Term and Termination

  • By you. You may stop using the Services at any time by notifying us in writing. Stopping does not entitle you to a refund, and any unpaid balance, including remaining payment-plan installments, remains due.
  • By us, for cause. We may suspend or end the Services immediately and without refund if you fail to pay, breach these Terms, or engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, dishonest, or unlawful conduct.
  • By us, without cause. If we choose to end an engagement for reasons other than those listed above, we will refund the value of any prepaid sessions that have not yet been delivered.

Sections 7 through 10, 12, and 15 through 19 survive the end of the coaching relationship.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services and our website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlissPoint, its owners, coaches, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data, arising from or related to the Services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to BlissPoint for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlissPoint and its owners, coaches, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your decisions and actions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Informal resolution first. If any dispute arises, you and BlissPoint agree to first try in good faith to resolve it informally by written notice and discussion for at least thirty (30) days before starting any formal proceeding. Billing concerns are also subject to Section 8.

Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, or in small-claims court where eligible, and you and BlissPoint consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Attorneys’ fees. In any action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

19. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any Coaching Agreement make up the entire agreement between you and BlissPoint about the Services, and they replace any prior statements or understandings.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, or make a one-time exception, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
  • Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Affected sessions will be rescheduled.
  • Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new effective date. The version in effect when you made a purchase governs that purchase.
