ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BLISSPOINT LIFE & BUSINESS COACHING DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FOR ANY COACHING SERVICE, PROGRAM, PACKAGE, SESSION, DEPOSIT, OR PAYMENT ONCE IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED.
By booking, paying for, or attending any BlissPoint service, you confirm that you have read this policy, that you understand it, and that you agree to it. Please read it in full before you buy. If you are not sure a program is right for you, contact us before you purchase and we will gladly answer your questions.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is part of, and incorporated into, the BlissPoint Terms & Conditions and any written or electronic Coaching Agreement you sign with BlissPoint Life & Business Coaching (“BlissPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “You” or “Client” means the person or company that buys or receives our services.
1. No-Refund Policy
All fees paid to BlissPoint are non-refundable. This applies to every product and service we offer, including but not limited to:
- Executive & Business Coaching, Life Strategy & Personal Mastery, Founders & Leadership Team Alignment, and High-Performance Mindset Coaching programs;
- Single sessions, multi-session packages, monthly or quarterly programs, retainers, and VIP or intensive days;
- Deposits, booking fees, and enrollment fees;
- Group, team, and corporate programs, workshops, and events;
- Assessments, audits, strategic roadmaps (“Blueprints”), worksheets, recordings, templates, and any other materials, whether delivered digitally or in person;
- Every installment of a payment plan (see Section 4).
No refund, partial refund, credit, or pro-rated amount will be given for:
- A change of mind, change of circumstances, or change in schedule, health, employment, business, or finances;
- Sessions or program time you do not use, including sessions you miss, cancel late, or let expire;
- Stopping or withdrawing from a program before it ends;
- Dissatisfaction with your results, your pace of progress, or the outcome of decisions you make;
- Not completing assignments, exercises, or action steps;
- Disagreement with the coaching methods, frameworks, or recommendations described on our website or in your Coaching Agreement.
2. Why Our Services Are Non-Refundable
Our coaching is a personalized, time-based professional service. It is not a physical product that can be returned. When you purchase:
- We reserve your capacity. We limit the number of clients we accept. Your place, and the time set aside for you on your coach’s calendar, is held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else.
- Work begins right away. Our process starts with Discovery & Assessment and the creation of your Customized Blueprint. Preparation, research, and planning begin as soon as payment is received, often before your first live session.
- Value is delivered as it happens. Insights, strategies, frameworks, and tools you receive in a session cannot be “returned” once they are shared.
3. Free Consultation Before You Buy
We offer a complimentary strategy call so that you can learn how we work, ask questions, and decide whether our coaching is right for you before you pay anything. We encourage every prospective client to use it. Purchasing a service confirms that you have had the chance to ask questions and are choosing to proceed under this Policy.
4. Payment Plans
Where we offer to split a program fee into installments, the payment plan is a convenience for paying the full program price. It is not a month-to-month subscription. By choosing a payment plan, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the full program price, and all scheduled installments remain due even if you stop attending, pause, or decide not to continue;
- You authorize BlissPoint (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method automatically on each scheduled date until the full amount has been paid;
- If a payment fails, we may pause your sessions and access to materials until your account is current. Past-due amounts remain owed.
Your Coaching Agreement or checkout page shows the total price, the number and amount of installments, and the payment dates.
5. Session Scheduling, Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
- 48-hour notice. You may reschedule a session at no charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time, by email to blisspoint.a@gmail.com or through our booking system.
- Late cancellations. A session cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice is forfeited and counts as delivered.
- No-shows and lateness. If you do not attend, or you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session is forfeited and counts as delivered. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.
- Expiration. Sessions must be used within the program term stated in your Coaching Agreement. If no term is stated, all sessions must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period with no refund or credit.
- Emergencies. In a genuine emergency, we may, at our sole discretion, allow one rescheduled session. Doing so once does not waive this Policy or create an obligation to do so again.
6. If BlissPoint Cancels
If BlissPoint cancels or reschedules a session, we will offer you a replacement session at a mutually convenient time. If we cancel a session and cannot offer you a replacement within thirty (30) days, we will, at your choice, issue either a credit toward future services or a refund of the value of that undelivered session only. This is the only situation in which a refund may be issued, and it never applies to sessions that were delivered, forfeited, missed, or expired.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, decisions, market conditions, and the actions of others. Statistics, testimonials, and examples on our website reflect the experiences of past clients and are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same or similar results. Not reaching a particular goal, revenue figure, or outcome is not grounds for a refund.
8. Transfers
Programs and sessions are personal to the purchasing client and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. Corporate or team purchases may substitute participants only with our written approval.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
You agree to contact us first. If you have any concern about a charge or about our services, you agree to email us at blisspoint.a@gmail.com with the subject line “Billing Concern,” and to give us at least ten (10) business days to respond and work with you to resolve it before you contact your bank or card issuer. Most concerns can be settled quickly by talking to us directly.
You agree that you will not dispute or initiate a chargeback for any charge that was made in accordance with this Policy, the Terms & Conditions, and your Coaching Agreement, including charges for services that were delivered, made available to you, forfeited, or expired as described above. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:
- We will respond to the card issuer and provide evidence. This may include your signed or electronically accepted Coaching Agreement; the date, time, and IP address of your acceptance of these terms; invoices and receipts; session schedules and attendance records; booking and calendar confirmations; emails, messages, and other communications; materials delivered to you; and a copy of this Policy as displayed at the time of purchase.
- All services, sessions, and access to materials will be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
- If the dispute is decided in our favor, or if the disputed amount is otherwise owed under this Policy, the amount remains due. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for any chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees we incur to recover amounts properly owed.
- Filing a chargeback for a charge you authorized and for services provided as described in this Policy is a breach of your agreement with us.
Nothing in this section limits your right to dispute a charge you did not authorize, or a charge for services that we failed to provide.
10. Your Acknowledgment
This Policy is shown on our website, linked in our website footer, referenced on our booking and inquiry forms, and included in or linked from our Coaching Agreement and checkout page. By purchasing, you confirm that:
- You were given access to this Policy before you paid;
- You have read and understand that all sales are final and no refunds are given;
- You are entering into the purchase voluntarily, with the opportunity to ask questions beforehand; and
- You agree to contact BlissPoint first to resolve any billing concern before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer.
11. Exceptions Required by Law
This Policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If a law that cannot be waived by agreement gives you a right to cancel or to receive a refund, that right will apply only to the extent required by that law, and the rest of this Policy remains in full effect. Any goodwill credit or accommodation we offer at our sole discretion is a one-time courtesy. It does not change or waive this Policy and does not set a precedent.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updates will not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
